One of my favorite meals is avocado toast!
I love avocados, they are good for you and are a good fat. Super healthy to eat.
What you will need:
One ripe avocado (mashed)
Two pieces of wheat bread (toasted)
A teaspoon of olive oil
Red pepper flakes
Toast the wheat bread
Place avocado on toast and lightly mash it
Pour olive oil on avocado along with salt, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
